I love you
I love you. You are dynamic, loving, cheerful, sexy, angry, dirty, rich, poor...all packed in one. How can I not but love you Mumbai? Thanks to my hopping from one city to another, am unable to post comments. Kindly do not get furious with me. Blog friends are in my mind 24/7. It's also great to be in touch with a couple of blog friends in Mumbai. Am in this city for another two days. Yesterday, I hopped into a second class train compartment from Bandra to Borivli and found things have not changed at all. The same tired, profusely sweating but cheerful faces, shoutings, jokes, tired men trying to rest their heads on their co-passengers' shoulders and the latter dodging them...I told you, Mumbai will never ever lose its charm. BTW, I went to Chidia ghar zoo in Mahalaxmi yesterday and saw some nice crows, a sick lion, sparrows and elephants..hey joking..there were a couple of lovely birds (you dirty mind, I really mean winged feathers, not the two-legged darlings.) Have to go now, catch up. Keep up your cheers.

ReplyDeletedid u get my comment ?
ReplyDeleteBut... the winged ones could be "dirty" too... ;o)
ReplyDeleteIt's interesting to see how things change and still stay the same in so many places.
Thank you for stopping by. I'm happy you are having a nice time and keeping safe. Peace, my good friend.
ReplyDeleteI think, a second class train journey is a great way of knowing about the people of a city.
ReplyDeleteHey welcome to the city. I hated it when I first came here. Can't think of staying anywhere else now. Did you go to the Borivali National Park? Heard there are some sick lions there too.Enjoy your stay.
ReplyDeleteYou never forget to mention about "tired men trying to rest their heads on their co-passengers' shoulders" and that just brings laugh everytime :)
ReplyDeleteTake care, keep going...
Hi there,
ReplyDeleteI have been reading your blog on and off. I like your style and especially the title. But the following sentences should not be considered related to the above hehe.
I realise you are a journalist and you blog, great combo. I am currently studying in Stirling University, Scotland pursuing Media Management and I have to do a dissertation till the end of July. I will be obliged if I can interview you for a few minutes somehow and use your information for my dissertation. My topic is 'Are journalists bloggers or are bloggers journalists?'. I have my questionnaires ready, so if you could please send me your email address or any other contact information I will be greatly thankful.
Thanks
