India, Mumbai, in 1990. Hey, spot me if you can,buddy.
You are at the chief guest's table standing and giving a speech..we can see you right at the center of the pic...every one looking at you and listening with interest.the speech must have been really interesting..
Perhaps the one standing near the right corner of the table, at far end....
